Menopause is a fact of every woman’s life. Some women may feel mentally and emotionally weak during this phase, and some may be actually fighting to stay as strong as they were before starting their peri-menopause. Some may be struggling with loneliness and others may be working through it with their beloved family members by their side.
Menopause changes our body and mind in many ways. It can impact our mental and emotional strength by eroding confidence, and causing mood swings, fatigue, depression, anxiety, anger, and other emotions we have to deal with every day.
When you feel stressed or bored, what do you generally do? The answer to this question may vary from person to person. Some will say they go to sleep while another will say I go for a walk etc. For my part, I would suggest you listen to beautiful and soothing music whenever you feel stressed due to menopausal pain. Music has the power of healing.
A major symptom of menopause is headache. Menopausal headaches are mainly due to hormonal changes but I believe over thinking can also be one of the causes.
In my last article, I suggested you ‘celebrate your menopause’, and now I am going to tell you how to do that! ‘Celebration’ does not mean ‘party’ here, but what I mean to say is, ‘using your time by choosing what you actually wanted to do in your life’, and thus living your life with a full heart. Celebrating each and every moment by creating small happy moments with a well planned day. The choices can be different for different women but what is important is to make the right choice for yourself.
