I consider myself a curious and restless person, enthusiastic, motivated to discover and be surprised, putting my heart into everything I do. For me, personal and spiritual growth and continuing my training are a way of life.
I enjoy different hobbies: you can find me climbing or reading quietly. I like to cook (I veganize all recipes;), walk in nature (sea or mountains), have a picnic or paddle in kayak or paddle surf. It amazes me to see sunrises and sunsets. I like my moments of solitude, and a good conversation.
Of all the hobbies my passion is yoga and meditation as a lifestyle. They help me disconnect and connect with my own essence. To be present. It makes me feel vital and at peace.
Yoga came into my life out of curiosity and intermittently, until about 8 years ago when I felt that I wanted it to be part of my life, to be able to work on it and share it. It makes me feel happy and united with the world.
I have been training in different styles of yoga for years, and from all of them I have learned and adopted elements into my yoga teachings, making my sessions an integral yoga, in which to feel comfortable regardless of what motivates you to practice yoga; your physical, mental or spiritual work. Any reason is valid and you will love it.
Of all the yoga bundles in my sessions I like to incorporate philosophy, postural and chakra alignment, meditation techniques, breathing exercises (pranayamas), the use of mantras and mudras and meditation. A holistic yoga with which to enliven a physical, mental and emotional listening to live fully and with consciousness.
At the same time I like to introduce useful habits. That you acquire the tools to regain your well-being when you feel overwhelmed or dejected. All this for a healthy and harmonious lifestyle.
I want to clarify that it is not a process of quick results, but rather a gradual and constant path of self-knowledge, in which you can take your yoga experience from the mat to your day to day. In which you must treat your body with kindness and where you learn to recognize and embrace your light and your shadows. Do not panic! It is possible and accessible to everyone! It can also be very funny;)
I am grateful to be part of this community and accompany you on this transformational journey towards your well-being!
“The bliss of practice is the way.”
Let’s do it together! And the moment is now, it is already here!
