I decided to study nutrition to gain a better understanding of food. It was also about how my experiences with food growing up shaped my habits and eating preferences. I don’t believe in diets, I believe that nutrition is key for a healthy life and also to help fight diseases. I have been married for 39 years to my husband Steve (yes, it is a long time!). I have two sons and two beautiful granddaughters and a dog named Lily. I promote a live clean lifestyle, as my motivation is to educate others in the community about changing their mindset about health and wellbeing. My hobbies are cooking, I love it! I am constantly making up my own recipes which I share on my Facebook Page and Instagram. I also love walking with my dog Lily, especially along the beach. I enjoy Pilates and socialising with friends. I am delighted to be part of this movement in helping women and look forward to sharing my recipes and knowledge.
