Through a life filled with ups and downs, and misadventures in the world of tech, I discovered myself when I discovered my strength.
By becoming aware of the areas of the my life (and health) that needed improving, I was able to grow stronger, physically and mentally.
Since becoming a coach, I have made it my mission to educate women around the importance of strength, in every sense of the word, to overall health and wellbeing. I empower women to gain clarity and awareness over their mind and body, and encourage them forge forward toward an optimised, healthier version of themselves.
