Until a few months ago she was just one more woman walking towards menopause. A woman who looked at herself in the mirror and no longer recognized herself.
One day, while I was observing the wrinkles that unfolded shamelessly around my eyes, I discovered that a tiny bird was fluttering in my pupils. From that moment I knew that she was no longer of age. She was a goddess, a hummingbird woman.
Like all hummingbirds, I know what it is to fly a great distance feeling small. I have lived the lethargy of the spirit and the resurrection of it, and now I fly unstoppable.
I write from within and from always, tirelessly searching for the way to reach every corner of my own soul and that of others. In my journey, I have ended up a child’s teacher and an apprentice of everything.
Restless, dreamy and very curious, I do not conceive of life without being in continuous learning. Those who know me know that when something interests me I dedicate myself to studying with passion until I make it part of me.
Healthy eating, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, essential oils, natural cosmetics and personal growth are some of the topics in which I continue to deepen and in which I am gradually developing.
As a teacher, I have been learning the art of happiness from children for more than twenty years.
Daily contact with the purest human essence helps me release my own inner child, living in the present and enjoying the beauty of the everyday and small things.
I have become something of a bird scout on the path of happiness. For a long time, I have felt that my mission is to help other women regain their joy and the desire to fly.
I am deeply grateful to have come across this wonderful project on my flight, and I hope to be able to share with you very soon my first book that is currently in the process of being published.
Thank you for making a place for me in your Olympus of Goddesses!
