In the shelter of the new moon, we will seed our intentions, we will our strengthen our desires, and direct our energy towards our goals.
In this first chapter, we will awaken the powerful woman that you are.
We transition from fall to winter. There are 2 elements that energetically govern us (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine) at this time:
• Metal: Related to autumn, skin and hair, lymphatic system, lung and kidney, nose. Emotions such as sadness and depression
• Water: Related to winter, kidney, cervix, sexual organs, spinal cord, ears. Emotions such as fear, and anxiety
On this day we will work, following this energetic direction that these two elements mark.
