How Does Colour Affect Wellbeing?
Did you realise that colour is far more powerful than just something pretty to look at? Colour is a universal language that interacts with your brainwaves on a profound level. It can provide a window into our subconscious minds, our souls, our bodies, our blocks. AND, most importantly, it’s the key to freeing ourselves to shine.
Sometimes we have the idea that, as we get older, as we age. But thinking we will lose our feminine essence is a misperception. What really happens is that the years not only add experiences, they also add an aspect that expands towards the depth of being. A force emerges that connects us with the feminine beyond the physical. It connects us with ancestral wisdom, with the wisdom of the earth, of the mothers (even if we are not) and of the women who have woven stories and ose stories have created life.
One of the biggest gifts that menopause gives us is learning to let go. Everything passes and is transformed. The only inevitable thing is change. If we accept that everything seems to be upside down, the opportunity we have to open ourselves to the acceptance of new conditions is undeniable. And we can do it easily by releasing our old expectations and flowing with the new.
This is not about trying to hold onto youth, it is about choosing to be You at any age! Some of us begin discovering who we are early in our lives and others much later. I began in my mid 40’s when I was ‘dreaming’ with the memories of a 20 year old woman. Then bam! I woke up!
Peri, menopause, and post-menopause dating is quite challenging. Especially if you read the many negative, ageist articles out there that conclude women who are aging are not desirable.
